Nobuo Yoh is the new President of UniCarriers Europe GmbH based in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf. In his position, he reports directly to the head office of the international UniCarriers group in Tokyo (Japan). In addition to his office as President, Nobuo Yoh is a member of the UniCarriers group board. With his dual role, he strengthens the European position of the lift truck manufacturer within the group.
The central task of the new President is to consolidate further the Atlet, Nissan Forklift and TCM brands under the umbrella of UniCarriers. Moreover, besides the continual launch of new products, strengthening European sales and the expansion of the distributor network are further important aims. With the establishment of a Europe-wide service network, international key account management (IKAM) will also gain a standardised structure. “UniCarriers will focus on the entire lifecycle of our products: from R&D to production and sale of our industrial trucks including aftersales and other services such as flexible financing concepts like leasing, short and long term hire as well as used trucks,” Nobuo Yoh says. “Together with our subsidiaries, distributor- and dealer-network we focus on and deliver value to our customers.”
Nobuo Yoh began his career at UniCarriers in October 2012. In his then position as Director of Overseas and Foreign Sales, he increased yields by 120 percent. Prior to that, he worked at Uniden America Corporation, ultimately as Vice President.
