UniCarriers European HQ to move

Written by UniCarriers, 5-feb-2015 10:55:00

International industrial truck manufacturer UniCarriers is structuring their European consolidated subsidiary: as of 1 April 2015, the European headquarters will be transferred from Meerbusch (Germany) to Mölnlycke (Sweden). In taking this step, UniCarriers is bundling top management centrally at one location and thereby shortening decision making channels. Customers and business partners profit from efficient process flows.

UniCarriers-Transfer-HQThe move relocates the new headquarters in the direct vicinity of the production site in Mölnlycke at where has an annual capacity of 12,000 forklift trucks. Another advantage of the new location is its proximity to the new UniCarriers training center in Greve (Denmark). Relocation of the individual departments will take place gradually and is to be completed by March 2016. UniCarriers Germany GmbH in Oberhausen will not be affected by the relocation of headquarters. “Germany is the largest market in Europe for industrial trucks and will remain an important location for UniCarriers in the future as well,” explains Nobuo Yoh, CEO and president of UniCarriers Europe.
